Das Archiv zur Geschichte schweizerischer Frauenbewegungen bewahrt wertvolle Quellen, die von der Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts bis in die Gegenwart reichen. Das Archiv umfasst Bestände von Frauenorganisationen, persönliche Nachlässe bedeutender Frauen, eine Fachbibliothek, eine umfangreiche Broschürensammlung, audiovisuelle Medien sowie biografische und thematische Notizen.
Ephemera sind im Gosteli-Archiv nicht als eigene Sammlung angelegt, finden sich aber in den Nachlässen und Organisationsbeständen sowie in den thematischen und biografischen Notizen. Dazu gehören Flyer (z.B. zum feministischen Streik oder Frauendiscos), Einladungen und Programme von Veranstaltungen (z.B. Frauenkongresse) sowie weitere Kleindrucke zu vielfältigen Themen wie Frauen im Sport, Frauenstimmrecht, Mutterschaft, Erwerbsarbeit und vieles mehr.
Das Gosteli-Archiv führt zudem eine weitgehend digitalisierte Plakatsammlung und eine neu angelegte Flyersammlung, die einen Einblick in die Geschichte und Entwicklung der Frauenbewegungen in der Schweiz bieten.

The archive on the history of Swiss women's movements preserves valuable sources dating from the middle of the 19th century to the present day. The archive includes the sources of women's organisations, the personal estates of important women, a specialist library, an extensive collection of brochures, audiovisual media and biographical and thematic notes.
Ephemera are not organised as a separate collection in the Gosteli Archive but can be found in the estates and organisational archives as well as in the thematic and biographical notes. These include flyers (e.g. on feminist strikes or women's discos), invitations and programmes of events (e.g. women's congresses) as well as other small prints on various topics such as women in sport, women's suffrage, motherhood, gainful employment and much more.
The Gosteli Archive also holds a largely digitised collection of posters and a newly created collection of flyers, which provide an insight into the history and development of women's movements in Switzerland.
